With cpa.ShoeFactory's embedded ReportBuilder you have a powerful tool at your fingertips that enables you to create and manage your own reports. The data needed for this activity is merged from the various cpa.ShoeFactory modules and processed in a way that is tailored to the task and your requirements. You can generate and issue the reports directly or schedule them via the job system.
Using ReportBuilder puts you in a position to analyse and output a wide variety of data, as well as design the layout of your documents according to your preferences – for invoices, company reports, shoe box front labels and a great deal more. All this is very easily amassed in your corporate identity (CI).
Our in-depth knowledge of the footwear industry's process flows has led to numerous further developments, which in turn facilitate and sustain your process flows. Among other things, this includes the option of configuring various workflows using a tool integrated into cpa.ShoeFactory. This allows company-specific processes – from simple, rule-based confirmation processes to complex collaboration scenarios within the supply chain – to be easily and quickly mapped using the BPMN standard.
Workflows of individual tasks within a process can be partially or completely automated, resulting in activities that can automatically be assigned to a complete team or individual team members for processing. This will always enable you to maintain an overview of your organisational operations.
Rapid access to relevant documents promotes a smooth flow of business processes in your company. By archiving documents where they are created – that is directly in the cpa.ShoeFactory's document management system (DMS) – you have direct access to your receipts, invoices, images and other documentation. Your documents are tagged with corresponding metadata when they are archived, so that they can all be found quickly during a search. In addition to fast retrieval, the essential audit-proof archiving of documents in accordance with tax authority requirements (German GoBD) is ensured.
You can alternatively store your data on an external DMS.
Huge quantities of data converge in an ERP system on a daily basis which has to be recorded and managed. Consequently optimal cross-linking of different IT systems is essential so that all data can flow unhindered. Overlapping process chains can be closed via defined interfaces, facilitating a faster, more efficient and more secure cooperation between business areas, departments, employees and business partners.
cpa.Basis offers you a broad range of import and export options for data in a wide variety of file formats between the ShoeFactory platform and external systems. Included in the standard are interfaces to various financial accounting systems, CAD programmes, EDI to your merchandise management system or to ECC or customs and transport processing.
